Please complete this brief request form for a project proposal. The first section will capture the general proposal information. Upon saving there will be additional sections to complete for review including how the proposal aligns with the strategic plan and what temporary or ongoing expenses are requested.
Once completed the proposal will be reviewed by the identified cabinet vice president and then presented at a cabinet meeting to be reviewed, approved and prioritized.
